You can book a hot desk, meeting room or training room directly through our website. Visit the  Booking page, choose your location and date. Online payments are handled by Realex. 

Our hubs are open to everyone—remote workers, freelancers, students, entrepreneurs, and community members looking for a space with reliable broadband.

You need to book in advance online to attend any of our hubs.  Once your booking is complete you will receive a booking email with the access code for the building and also the Wi-Fi password. 

Our hubs are all unstaffed but your booking email will give you the access code, the unit you have booked and the Wi-Fi code.  Just let yourself in, find your space and get started with your work day. The DigiClare team can be contacted at hubs@clarecoco.ie if you need any help.  Office hours are 9am to 5pm. 

Each hub offers high-speed broadband, hot desks, printing services, and access to kitchen facilities. Private pods, meeting and training rooms are available in some of our hubs. See each location for a full list of facilities in each hub. 

Yes, there is a fee depending on the type of booking (e.g., hot desk, meeting room). Pricing details are available on the booking system.

You can modify your booking via your booking email. Please note this needs to be done 24 hours in advance.  Contact the DigiClare team at hubs@clarecoco.ie if you need to reschedule a booking after the 24 hour window.Our finance department do not offer refunds, except in exceptional circumstances, so we can reschedule a booking for you to a future date and you can change it when you want to use it again. 

Absolutely! Some of our hubs are available for community events, training sessions, and workshops. Contact our team to discuss availability and setup.

Hot desks and private pods are only rentable by the day.  Meeting and training rooms can be rented for either a half day or a full day. 

All or our hubs are wheelchair accessible apart from Sixmilebridge which is not suitable for anyone with a mobility issue. Our hubs are either located on the ground floor or an accessible lift is available where needed. 

While hubs are largely self-service, DigiClare staff may be available during business hours to assist with connectivity or equipment issues.

Absolutely. All hubs are equipped with high-speed broadband and many offer privacy booths or meeting rooms ideal for video calls. Some hubs also provide screens and audio visual equipment in Training and Meeting rooms.
